Return Policy

You have the option to return items within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal hygiene products

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded (if applicable):

  • Books that show clear signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email notification of your receipt. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time required for refunds.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form.

Discounted Items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be issued for items that are discounted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the item for the same item, please email us via the contact form and send the item to:

Gifts
For items purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will issue a gift card once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the giver had the item shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will refund the item to the giver and inform them that you have returned it.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you depends on your location.

If you are sending an item valued at over £75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
